At GAP, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS or FedEx return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
